Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026. HLP3.0, Inc. (“HLP3.0”, “we”) operates this website, a local information platform that organizes useful information for communities across the United States and hosts promotional placements for independent third-party advertisers. This policy explains what information is collected when you use this site and interact with those placements, how it is used, who it is shared with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Automated information: technical data collected automatically when you visit, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, device identifiers, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at them. This is gathered with analytics cookies operated through Google Analytics.

Information you provide to advertisers: some advertiser placements include interactive elements, such as a ZIP code field in a quote panel. If you enter information into a form or tool that is part of an advertiser’s placement, that information goes directly to that advertiser and is handled under the advertiser’s own privacy policy, not ours. Demonstration placements on this site do not transmit or store anything you type into them.

Click measurement: when you click an advertisement or a link to an advertiser, we may record that a click-through occurred so the advertiser can verify arrivals from this site and the placement can be measured and billed accurately.

If you contact us, we receive whatever you send (for example, your name, email address, and the contents of your message) and use it only to respond.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and web beacons) for analytics, site operation, and measuring advertising performance. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; the information content of this site remains available without them.

How information is used

Information is used to operate, secure, and improve this site; to measure advertising performance, including verifying click-through arrivals for advertisers; to connect you with the featured advertiser when you choose to engage their placement; and to comply with legal obligations and advertising policies.

How information is shared

We share usage information with service providers that help us run the site (such as analytics and hosting providers), under their own privacy terms. Advertisers receive the information you submit through their own placements, and measurement data showing that a click-through occurred. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to unauthorized third parties. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users or company.

Third-party services and Google

We use Google services, including Google Analytics, to understand traffic and measure ad performance. How Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services is described here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services. This site also contains content and links from independent advertisers whose privacy practices may differ from ours; once you leave this site or submit information to an advertiser, their privacy policy governs.

Advertising on this site

Advertisements on this site are labeled “Sponsored Advertisement” and are accompanied by an Advertiser Disclosure directly beneath the ad. Some placements are demonstrations shown for illustrative purposes and are identified as such in the disclosure. See our Ad Choices page for how advertising works here and the choices available to you.

Your choices and opt-out options

You can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org. You can also disable or selectively turn off cookies in your browser settings. Our systems do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Children’s privacy

This site and its advertisements are not directed to individuals under the age of 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new “last updated” date.
